About Us:
- ArtExposure is a concept within a 5,000 square foot building with room for studios, classrooms, gallery exhibits and events.
- Studio space is available for lease by artists juried into the ArtExposure Association by a board of Association members.
- Artist tenants will be expected to work in their studios in front of the public at least 20 hours a week. No commission on sales made by the artist in his/her studio space will be collected. Each artist is his or her own business person and must be responsible for *sales , business licenses (if applicable) and insurance. Studio space can be shared.
(*ArtExposure will collect commission on work sold
in the common gallery areas and any work
commissioned through ArtExposure LLC).
- The building will be available evenings for rental space from 6:00PM for informal and formal events such as wedding receptions, wine tastings. parties, and individual art shows. There is a large, full kitchen and two handicapped accessible bathrooms.
- Open Studio days and times will be available for drop-ins who pay a small fee to use the classroom area and equipment to work on personal work and projects. Open Studio after 5:00PM must be scheduled by the participant a day in advance.
- Classes for adults and children will be offered in a variety of media and techniques.
- An art supply store will provide most supplies needed for classes..... and more.
- An Artists Cooperative Gallery accepts applications for membership in its LLC. Members must be willing to sit in the gallery shop a certain number of hours per month and share expenses.
