we'll do the rest.
Crafts in the Craft Room or main Room
depending on number of guests.
Your refreshments will be served in the upper loft area
if scheduled during business hours.

The ShowRoom........
is a 1250 square foot open area
with tall ceilings and
great light.  It is suitable for
large events such as
receptions,
reunions and more.
 
 
The Loft....is a
smaller 500 square
foot more intimate setting
upstairs with a view of the
pines and the Showroom
                                  downstairs.
 
 
 
*At this time, we are able to
 provide tables, chairs, and
linens for small events in the loft. For larger events,we are happy to provide you with a link to
a local business in the area
who can provide tables, chairs
and linens on a larger scale.

   We are happy to work with the caterers, musicians and
event planners of your choice or help you select one from
the area.
 
* Standard Rates
  • 450.00 for the entire building including showroom, loft and kitchen (excluding private studio space) beginning from 6:00PM Tuesday through Saturday.  Anytime on Sunday and Monday (up to eight hours).
  • 175.00 security/cleaning deposit to hold space.
  • Refund for deposit is available only if cancellation is made 30 days in advance of scheduled date.
  • Deposit will be refunded within 5 days after the event if, after inspection, the building is found to be in the same condition as it was left.
  • Set up must be arranged for after business hours.                                             
  • The Loft                                         
  • *35.00 per hour for meetings/luncheons, etc. in the loft.        
   *(This includes set-up of tables and chairs. 
     Extra fee for tableclothes, runners and flowers.)
             
* Discounts available for Non-Profits.
