The ShowRoom........is a 1250 square foot open area
with tall ceilings and
great light. It is suitable for
large events such as
receptions,
reunions and more.
The Loft....is a
smaller 500 square
foot more intimate setting
upstairs with a view of the
pines and the Showroom
downstairs.
*At this time, we are able to
provide tables, chairs, and
linens for small events in the loft.
For larger events,we are happy to
provide you a link to
a local business in the area
who can provide tables, chairs
and linens on a larger scale.

We are happy to work with the caterers, musicians and
event planners of your choice or help you select one from
the area.
* Standard Rates
- 350.00 for the entire building including showroom, loft and kitchen (excluding private studio space) beginning from 6:00PM Wed. through Sunday. Anytime on Monday (up to eight hours) with a 150.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit.
- 25.00 per hour for meetings/luncheons, etc. in the loft. (This includes set-up of tables and chairs.)
