The ShowRoom........
is a 1250 square foot open area with tall ceilings and great light. It is suitable for large events such as receptions, reunions and more.
The Loft....is a smaller 500 square foot intimate setting upstairs with a view of the pines and the Showroom downstairs.
At this time, we are able to provide tables, chairs, and linens for small events in the loft. For larger events, we are happy to provide you a link to a local business in the area who can provide tables, linens, chairs on a larger scale. For more information, click on this link.
We are happy to work with the caterers, musicians and event planners of your choice.
* Standard Rates
- 300.00 for the entire building including showroom, loft and kitchen (excluding private studio space) beginning from 6:00PM Wed. through Sunday. Anytime on Monday or Tuesday. (up to eight hours) *Arrangements can be made for less or additional rental time.
150.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit.
- 25.00 per hour for meetings/luncheons, etc. in the loft. (Special arrangements can be made for the lower level on a hourly basis.) This includes set-up of tables and chairs.
